Through comprehensive data-driven analysis, engagement with key stakeholders and community members, and a wide-breadth of expertise, we help to develop a comprehensive plan for organizational growth including feasibility & planning studies, strategic planning, and development assessments.
Proposal Development
We provide proposal development and writing services to a wide variety of funders including public and quasi-public agencies, private foundations, and corporate partners. We also provide services in crafting annual and quarterly update reports requested by funders.
Audit Liaison
We will work with your internal staff and external auditors to facilitate a mutual understanding of the audit process.
Training & Leadership Development
We provide training and coaching for organizational leadership including executives, development staff, board members and volunteers through a community-centered lens in multiple formats: one or multi-day workshops, online learning sessions, and 1:1 coaching and consultation.
Campaign & Interim Organizational Management
We design and implement transformational fundraising initiatives including annual, capital, endowment, major gifts, planned giving, and direct mail campaigns. We also provide transitional management services to ensure stability through any stage of organizational change.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Fundraising and Operations Solutions
Harness the power of AI to help you propel your mission forward! We can help you devise a comprehensive AI strategy that fits your needs from co-creation of content to predictive analytics. We also offer training broken down into 30 minute modules that cover the basics of prompt engineering; ethical considerations in AI utilization; and a variety of applications for your organization.
Career Coaching
We offer career coaching for professionals at any stage including interview preparation, resume and cover letter editing, and salary and raise negotiation training. In an effort to help close the wage gap experienced by women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and especially BIPOC people, these services are offered on a "pay what you can" scale.
